3.2. While our services are designed to enhance your career prospects and improve your professional materials, CVBoostUp™ does not guarantee job placement, employment, or specific career outcomes.

4.1. By using our Platform, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• 4.1.1. You are at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
• 4.1.2. You are using the Platform solely for personal and professional use, or as an authorized representative of a legal entity.
• 4.1.3. You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and our published Terms at all times.
• 4.1.4. All communication and service delivery occur remotely via approved digital platforms.
• 4.1.5. You are responsible for ensuring anyone using your account complies with these Terms.
• 4.1.6. You agree not to use our Platform abusively or unlawfully.
• 4.1.7. You shall not:
  • (i) Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code.
  • (ii) Modify, translate, copy, or create derivative works.
  • (iii) Use our Platform or content for any third-party commercial gain or time-sharing purposes.
  • (iv) Introduce or enable the introduction of any virus, malware, or harmful code to our systems.
  • (v) Access or use any part of our Platform to develop a competing product or service.
  • (vi) Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or disclaimers.
  • (vii) Share your login credentials or access credentials with anyone
• 4.1.8. Where our Platform integrates with third-party tools (such as Zoom, Google meet, or payment gateway), you agree to comply with their respective Terms and Policies. CVBoostUp™ will not be
  responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party platforms.

5.1. All content, resources, and intellectual property available on or through the Platform, including but not limited to text, resumes, templates, graphics, icons, branding elements, images, CVBoostUpTM logo, service names, scripts, videos, presentations, layouts, workflows, processes, downloadable materials, and underlying software code are the exclusive property of CVBoostUp™ (Resumeasy Global Consultancy LLP) or its licensors.

5.2. This also includes all forms of intellectual property rights (IPRs) such as copyrights, trademarks, trade names, design rights, trade secrets, goodwill, and any similar protections existing now or in the future in any jurisdiction.

5.3. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and its content for personal and non-commercial use only, in accordance with these Terms.

5.4. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, sell, or distribute any part of the Platform’s content or intellectual property without our prior written consent.

5.5. You shall not use any name, mark, or branding that is identical or confusingly similar to CVBoostUp™ or any of its intellectual property in any way that may mislead, confuse, or imply unauthorized association.

5.6. Any unauthorized use or infringement of CVBoostUp™’s intellectual property will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action under applicable law.

6.1. Subject to your full compliance with these Terms, CVBoostUp™ (Resumeasy Global Consultancy LLP) grants you a limited, non exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use our Platform and its content for your personal and non commercial purposes only.

6.2. This license does not grant you the right to resell, reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the CVBoostUp™ website, content, or materials without our prior written consent.

6.3. You may not misuse our website or use it for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Any breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your license to use our Platform, without notice, and may lead to legal action.

7.1. “User-generated content” refers to any text, photo, video, audio, message, review, testimonial, or comment you share, submit, or tag us in through our Platform, website, or social media channels (collectively, the “Content”).

7.2. By posting or sharing such content with CVBoostUp™, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royaltyfree, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and promote such content, in whole or in part, for marketing, promotional, and informational purposes — online and offline.

7.3. While CVBoostUp™ does not routinely monitor user content, we reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that we deem inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

7.4. You remain solely responsible for any content you post or share. If CVBoostUp™ suffers any loss or damage due to your content, we reserve the right to seek full compensation.

7.5. Any use of or reliance on user-generated content posted by others is entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of such content.

7.6. By using our Platform, you acknowledge and accept that you may encounter third-party or usergenerated content that may be inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate, and CVBoostUp™ shall not be held liable for any damages arising therefrom.

7.7. You agree not to use the CVBoostUp™ Platform or related social channels to:

• (a) Violate any laws or regulations;

• (b) Infringe upon the rights (including intellectual property rights) of others;

• (c) Post, share, or distribute any defamatory, abusive, obscene, hateful, racist, or sexually explicit material;

• (d) Harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual or entity;

• (e) Post private information or images of others without explicit consent;

• (f) Introduce or distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful software;

• (g) Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;

• (h) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account;

• (i) Solicit or promote illegal, unethical, or commercial activities; or

• (j) Engage in spamming, trolling, scraping, or data harvesting.

7.8. Any violation of this section may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our
services, and may further lead to legal action under applicable laws.

8.1. Nature of Services: CVBoostUp™ provides a range of career advancement services, including but not limited to resume and CV writing, LinkedIn and Naukri profile optimization, cover letters, career strategy sessions, interview preparation, and 1:1 personalized coaching session. These services are delivered digitally through soft copies, email, or virtual sessions.

8.2. Professional Commitment: We deliver all our services with utmost professionalism, ethics, transparency, and global standards of quality. However, we act solely as career facilitators and do not guarantee employment, job offers, or specific career outcomes, as these depend on external factors such as employer preferences, market conditions, and individual performance.

8.3. Delivery Format and Flexibility: Our services are delivered via online platforms, including email, Google Meet, Zoom, or other mutually agreed digital channels. Scheduling flexibility is provided, and session timing may vary depending on coach availability and client preferences.

8.4. Customization and Confidentiality: All services provided by CVBoostUp™ are customized to your individual requirements. The deliverables created for you (such as resumes or profiles) are strictly non transferable and meant for your personal use only. We handle all shared information with complete confidentiality and data protection in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.5. Program and Delivery Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, improve, or reorganize our service delivery structure or workflow in order to enhance the client experience. Any such change will not affect the value or scope of the purchased service.

8.6. Accuracy of Information Provided: You are responsible for ensuring that all personal and professional details you share with us are accurate and up-to-date. CVBoostUp™ shall not be held liable for delays, errors, or outcomes resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

8.7. No Obligation for Unpaid Inquiries: Requests for information or consultation made without confirmed payment or booking do not constitute a service agreement. We reserve the right to respond or decline such requests at our discretion.

8.8. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVBoostUp™ and its associates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, employment, or business  outcomes.

9.1. The following terms govern the Client–Coach relationship between you (“the Client”) and CVBoostUp™ (operated by Resumeasy Global Consultancy LLP), where coaching or mentorship services are requested, and we agree to engage under a formal or implied service contract.

9.2. Scope of Services: CVBoostUp™ provides 1:1 career guidance and mock interview coaching sessions to individuals worldwide. All sessions are held online only, over online consultation tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams etc.)

9.3. Nature of the Coaching Relationship: The coaching relationship is a collaborative partnership designed to support your professional growth and help you identify, clarify, and achieve your goals. Coaching is a thought provoking and creative process intended to inspire and empower you to maximize your personal and professional potential over a predetermined period.

9.4. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes: CVBoostUp™ provides coaching services with professional diligence and care, consistent with industry standards. However, coaching outcomes depend on multiple factors including your own commitment, mindset, and action. Accordingly, no specific results, job offers, or career outcomes are guaranteed or promised.

9.5. Program Design and Autonomy: CVBoostUp™ reserves full discretion to structure, modify, or organize the coaching program in accordance with its professional expertise and methodology, ensuring maximum value and impact for the client.

9.6. Client Responsibility:You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results arising from the coaching process. By entering into a coaching engagement with CVBoostUp™, you expressly agree that CVBoostUp™ and its coaches shall not be liable for any direct or indirect  consequences of your actions or inactions during or after the coaching engagement.

9.7. Coaching vs. Therapy Disclaimer: Coaching is not a form of therapy, counselling, or medical  treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions or medical disorders.

9.8. Professional Advice Disclaimer: Coaching services provided by CVBoostUp™ are not a substitute for professional advice from medical, psychological, financial, or legal experts. If you are currently under professional care, you are advised to inform your provider about your participation in coaching to ensure alignment and  continuity of care.

9.9. Client Conduct and Commitment: For coaching to be effective, you agree to: • Communicate honestly and openly;

• Be receptive to constructive feedback;

• Allocate sufficient time and energy to participate fully in the process.

9.10. Holistic Nature of Coaching: Coaching may involve exploration of multiple life areas, primarily career, finances, and personal growth. You are solely responsible for applying insights and making decisions in these areas. 

9.11. Session Conduct and A tendance: • Sessions begin and end on time as a mutual commitment.

• Clients must join the virtual session link provided by the coach punctually.

• A 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice is required.

• Sessions missed without notice shall be treated as a completed session and forfeited, with no applicable refund.

9.12. Client Commitment for Optimal Results: To derive the most benefit from career coaching engagement, clients are encouraged to:

• Join session(s) from a quiet, distraction-free environment with a stable internet connection.

• Take proactive action toward agreed objectives and maintain an open, honest dialogue.

• Communicate feedback or concerns promptly, to allow course correction.

10. Service Delivery

10.1. Modes of Delivery: (a) 1:1 sessions — Delivered online through agreed platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.) as specified in your service confirmation.

(b) Services — Shall be delivered electronically through email or other medium as per client’s preference.

10.2. Payment and Access:
All services and digital products will be delivered only after full payment has been received and confirmed by CVBoostUp™.

10.3. Email Delivery Responsibility: Clients are advised to regularly check their Inbox, Spam, Promotions, and Updates folders for communication from CVBoostUp™. The company shall not be responsible for missed communications due to email filtering or incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.

10.4. Delays or Force Majeure: CVBoostUp™ reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel any service delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to system outages, illness, technical failures, or other Force Majeure events.

11.1. Please note that the nature of services offered by CVBoostUp™, including professional writing, profile optimization, and career coaching, involves personalized, time-bound, and digital work. Therefore, under applicable laws, these services are not eligible for a right of withdrawal or refund once purchased.

12. Termination Rights

12.1. CVBoostUp™ reserves the right to terminate the provision of services or revoke access to any program, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the following cases:

(i) You engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or unprofessional behaviour during interactions, sessions, or correspondence.

(ii)Failure to make timely payment for the service(s) purchased.

(iii) Non-compliance with any legal, ethical, or procedural requirements outlined in these Terms. (iv) Breach of the Terms and Conditions or misuse of CVBoostUp™’s intellectual property, platforms, or brand assets.

In such cases, no refund or credit shall be due, and CVBoostUp™ bears no further obligation to deliver the remaining service components.

12.2. CVBoostUp™ further reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its website, platform, or services at any time, temporarily or permanently without liability or obligation to justify the decision.

13.1. All CVBoostUp™ services, including resume writing, LinkedIn/Naukri optimization, cover letters, career strategy sessions, and coaching are delivered through intensive, customized work. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment is made.

13.2. However, CVBoostUp™ is committed to client satisfaction and may, at its discretion, accommodate rescheduling, revisions, or credit adjustments under specific, reasonable circumstances. Any such accommodation shall not be construed as an obligation or precedent.

14.1. Service fees are clearly displayed on our official pricing page at the time of booking or purchase.

14.2. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), US Dollars (USD), Euros and AED for international clients, and are inclusive of all taxes, payment gateway charges, or other applicable third-party fees.

14.3. CVBoostUp™ reserves  the right to update,  evise, or modify prices for any service at any time. The updated fee will apply only to new orders placed after such changes.

14.4. Official invoices are issued electronically and sent via email upon confirmation of payment. Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing details at checkout.

14.5. CVBoostUp™ shall not be held responsible for additional charges incurred by the client’s bank, payment gateway, or card issuer, including currency conversion or transfer fees.

14.6. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all payments are made accurately. CVBoostUp™ shall not be liable for duplicate or erroneous transactions or payments made after service delivery.

14.7. In case an erroneous payment is made, we’ll refund back to your original payment method after successful verification. 

15.1. Both CVBoostUp™ and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive, business, and personal information exchanged during service delivery, including resumes and other career documen s, coaching notes, and interactions etc.

15.2. “Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to, client documents, personal data, session content, proprietary templates, processes, and methodologies belonging to either party. Such information shall not be disclosed, shared, or reproduced without written consent, except where required by law.

15.3. Confidentiality  obligations do not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party;

(b) is independently obtained without restriction; or

(c) is required to be disclosed under legal or regulatory compulsion (with prior notice to the disclosing party, where feasible).

15.4. Both parties acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure may cause irreparable harm, and the disclosing party shall have the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in addition to any other legal remedies.

15.5. Upon  completion or termination of services, both parties agree to return  or permanently delete any confidential information belonging to the other party, upon written request.

15.6. No public statements, marketing references, or testimonials shall be issued by either party referring to the other without prior written consent, except where the client has voluntarily provided such testimonials for publication.

15.7. The confidentiality obligations outlined in this section shall survive termination of the engagement for a period of three (3) years following the disclosure of such information.

16.1. All intellectual property rights in website, document, template, design, format, written content, data, logo, graphics, or digital asset created, developed, or used by CVBoostUp™ (Resumeasy Global Consultancy LLP) or its team members during the provision of services (including but not limited to resumes, CVs, cover letters, etc.) shall remain the sole property of CVBoostUp™ (“Company Intellectual Property”).

16.2. “Intellectual Property Rights” include, without limitation, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, business names, service marks, designs, logos, templates, trade secrets, and all other proprietary rights, whether registered or unregistered, existing now or in the future, in any part of the world.

16.3. All intellectual property developed by the Company before or during the engagement shall remain vested with the Company. Clients acknowledge that any resumes, content drafts, templates, or deliverables provided by CVBoostUp™ are for personal and non commercial use only and may not be resold, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

16.4. The Client shall not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise use any materials from the Company’s website, platform, or services for commercial purposes without express authorization.

16.5. Any goodwill arising from the use of the Company’s brand name or materials shall inure solely to the benefit of CVBoostUp™.

17. No Guarantees

17.1. CVBoostUp™ makes every effort to deliver high quality, professional services based on the information provided by the client. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome such as job placement, interview selection, or hiring success.

17.2. Results vary based on several factors beyond our control, including market conditions, client profile, experience, and employer requirements. The testimonials or examples featured on our website or social media are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent guaranteed outcomes.

17.3. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that success depends largely on their own efforts, background, and actions post service delivery.

18.1. All services, materials, and information provided by CVBoostUp™ are delivered on an “as is” basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or expected results.

18.2. CVBoostUp™ shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, employment, income, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

18.3. Our total liability, if any, arising out of the use of our services shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

18.4. We do not take responsibility for inaccuracies or outcomes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information shared by the client.

18.5. The client acknowledges that the pricing of our services is based on this limitation of liability and risk allocation, and agrees that such terms are fair and reasonable.

19.2. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

20.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

20.2. In case of any disputes, the parties shall first attempt to resolve them amicably through mutual discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

21. Force Majeure

21.1. CVBoostUp™ shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, strikes, cyber attacks, or power/internet outages.

21.2. In such cases, obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event. If the event continues beyond 30 days, either party may terminate the contract without any liability.

22.1. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, constitute the complete agreement between CVBoostUp™ and the Client.

22.2. If any provision of  these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions  shall continue in full effect.

22.3. The Client may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent from the Company. CVBoostUp™ may assign its rights without restriction.

22.4. No partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between the Client and the Company through the use of our services.

22.5. Any waiver or modification of these Terms shall be valid only if made in writing and signed by both parties.

22.6. We may update or modify these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
