1. Nature of Services

CVBoostUp™ (Resumeasy Global Consultancy LLP) is a registered company in India, providing career coaching, ATS resume, CV, SOPs, Europass CV, Region Specific International Resumes & CVs and cover letter writing services; LinkedIn and Naukri profile optimization services, and 1:1 career guidance and mock interview sessions. All our offerings are digitally delivered services, not physical products. Hence, no physical shipping or logistics are involved in any part of our business operations.

2. Mode of Delivery

All are services and final documents, including but not limited to ATS resumes, CVs, cover letters, SOPs, and profile optimizations are delivered electronically via email or other mutually agreed platforms. All our 1:1 sessions are conducted via video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams as per client’s preference.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the service(s) or package(s) purchased. Indicative timelines are as follows:

• Master ATS Resume/CV writing: 1st draft ready for client’s review within 2 business days.
• International (Region-Specific) Resume & CV writing: 1st draft ready for client’s review within 2 business days.
• Tailored Resume (Title specific or JD specific): 1st draft ready for client’s review within 1 business day.
• Europass CV writing: 1st draft ready for client’s review within 3 business days.
• Cover Letter or SOP writing: 1st draft ready for client’s review within 2 business days.
• LinkedIn Profile Optimization (with SEO): 5–7 business days for revamping & complete makeover of your LinkedIn profile + 5–7 business days for Search Engine Optimization to rank your profile higher in LinkedIn recruiter searches.
• Naukri Profile Optimization (with SEO): 3–5 business days for revamping & complete makeover of your Naukri profile + 7–10 business days for Search Engine Optimization to rank your profile higher in recruiter search results.
• 1:1 Sessions: Scheduled mutually based on client’s availability.

In case of any delay beyond committed timelines due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified promptly.
