In line with our commitment to professionalism, ethical practices, and transparency, the following section outlines our official Refund and Cancellation Policy which is explained in detail section by section below:
1. Resume Writing and Related Services (Resumes, CVs, Profile Optimizations etc.)
- Our pricing is structured across four tiers based on your total years of experience. When selecting your desired service(s), session(s), or package(s) on our Pricing page, please ensure you choose the correct experience tier from the dropdown that matches your profile. In case a wrong tier is chosen and a purchase is made, no refunds shall be applicable in any circumstances.
- We invest significant time and expertise in crafting world-class career documents and profile optimizations. Hence, all our services viz. ATS Compliant Master Resumes & CVs, ATS Compliant Tailored Resumes & CVs, International (Region-Specific) Resumes/CVs, Europass CV, Cover Letters, SOPs, LinkedIn and Naukri Profile Optimizations, once purchased are non-refundable.

2. Career Guidance Sessions & Mock Interview Sessions
- Once a 1-on-1 career guidance or mock interview session is booked, the session is considered confirmed. Your 1:1 session(s) shall be conducted based on your availability. We’ll coordinate with you before scheduling your session(s) that shall be held over Google Meet.
- We understand that your plans may change and you may need to reschedule your session(s). If you are unable to attend on your scheduled date/time, you may request for rescheduling it, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests must be sent via email to cvboostup@gmail.com.
- If you miss your scheduled session(s) without providing at least 24 hours’ prior notice or fail to request a reschedule in advance, the session(s) will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
- Our pricing is structured across four tiers based on your total years of experience. 3. Packages
- Our pricing is structured across four tiers based on your total years of experience. When selecting your desired service(s), session(s), or package(s) on our Pricing page, please ensure you choose the correct experience tier from the dropdown that matches your profile. In case a wrong tier is chosen and a purchase is made, no refunds shall be applicable in any circumstances.
- We do not offer refunds on the purchase of any of our packages. However, we are flexible in accommodating your scheduling preferences for the services or sessions included in your purchased package to ensure convenience and alignment with your availability.
- We provide the flexibility for package upgrades i.e. you can upgrade from Gold to Diamond or Platinum and from Diamond to Platinum package, by paying the difference amount. Feel free to let us know in case you may need an upgrade, while we are working on delivering our services/session(s) as included in your current purchased package. However, please note that downgrading of package is not possible once a package is purchased, i.e. Platinum to Gold or Platinum to Diamond or Diamond to Gold downgrades are not possible.
4. Special Circumstances
In rare circumstances where we are unable to deliver any service(s) or package that you have purchased due to unforeseen reasons, we will issue a full refund for the affected service(s). Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the same mode of payment that you used during your purchase.
5. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
- Duplicate transactions or errors will be refunded upon verification. Please send us an email on cvboostup@gmail.com with the screenshot of the duplicate payment.
- Such requests must be submitted within 2 days of the transaction date. We will review and respond within 2 business days of your request.
- We will investigate and process refunds as necessary to your original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances after purchase.
- Services already completed or delivered (including any package or part of it).

While our goal is to help you enhance your career prospects through world-class resume writing, career coaching, and profile optimizations, we do not guarantee employment, job placement, or specific career outcomes, as these depend on factors beyond our control such as market conditions, employer preferences, and individual performance.
We are not affiliated with any recruitment agencies or third-party hiring firms/consultancies. Our sole responsibility is to provide the purchased service(s) with honesty, integrity, and complete commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
