Our personalized Mock Interview Sessions are conducted live directly by our Founder & Chief Career Coach, Ayush Srivastava. These 1:1 sessions are designed to simulate real interview conditions while giving you actionable feedback to sharpen your responses, confidence, and overall presentation skills.

At CVBoostUp™, we understand that interview challenges vary depending on where you are in your career. That’s why our mock interview sessions are divided into two distinct categories:

A. Mock HR/Campus Interviews: Ideal for students, fresh graduates, and early-career professionals, these sessions focus on preparing you for your campus / HR interview sessions. You’ll learn how to:

• Confidently answer questions like “Tell me about yourself”, “Why should we hire you?”, “Why you want to join us?”, “Tell me about your strengths & weaknesses” etc.
• Highlight your strengths, achievements, and career goals in a structured and impactful way.
• Avoid common pitfalls like rambling, lack of clarity, or sounding rehearsed.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear strategy to showcase your potential and stand out in your campus / HR interviews.

B. Mock Behavioural & Leadership Interviews: Ideal for mid-level professionals, managers, senior professionals, and CXOs. These sessions focus on behavioural and situational interviews that recruiters and hiring panels increasingly use to assess leadership ability, decision-making, and cultural fit.

• Apply the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to deliver compelling answers.
• Demonstrate leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and team management experience.
• Convey confidence, executive presence, and emotional intelligence in high-stakes discussions.

Each session includes detailed personalized feedback on content, tone, structure, and body language, giving you clear, actionable takeaways to learn and improve.
